Bio
Dr. Deena Merzel graduated from Stern College and earned her medical degree from New York Medical College. She completed her pediatric residency at Westchester Medical Center, where she served an additional year as Chief Resident, followed by a fellowship in Pediatric Gastroenterology at Montefiore Medical Center. Dr. Merzel currently works full time as a Pediatric Gastroenterologist for Optum on Long Island. She resides in West Hempstead with her family.
